Cancellation and Refund
You may cancel your order before your device is picked up. All payment made except pickup & return fees will be refunded back to you through your payment mode within 7-14 working days. To request for cancellation, call us at 0906 203 3311 between 11 AM - 4 PM (Monday to Saturday) or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that if you cancel your order after your device has been picked up, pickup & return fees & diagnostics fees are non-refundable.
If your device is unrepairable after diagnostics, pickup & return fees & diagnostics fees are non-refundable.
If you refuse to return courtesy phone assigned to you, we won’t refund your refundable deposit towards courtesy phone and your phone.
